Braking the banks on loans to fixed rate
Federconsumari Adusbef requested an investigation to determine the nth behavior “unfair” by some banks to the detriment of millions of consumers. Many citizens, who wish to apply for financing with fixed rate, say that they feel “the bank no longer offers a fixed rate mortgage.”

Subsidized loans for homosexuals
Arcigay The Lesbian and Gay Association was able to conclude an agreement with a branch of Italian bank BHW Bausparkasse AG.
Thanks to these agreements, the bank will provide loans with a lower spread of 0.15%.
